What information do I need to track my order?
You'll need your order number. This information is typically provided in your order confirmation email, SMS and WhatsApp message.
Why is my order status not updating?
Order statuses may take some time to update, especially during busy periods or if your order has just been placed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they haven't been processed for shipment yet.
My tracking information shows that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
If your order tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors or building management, as well as any secure locations where the package may have been left. If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the order status on our website's Order Tracking page.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
